What it takes to build relationships?

It's quite simple. It’s not about the product; it’s about the conversation. When I’m approached as a customer, I’m not looking for a sales pitch. I’m looking for a partner who understands my challenges and offers me solutions that add real value.
When the person on the other side takes the time to listen, ask the right questions, and truly grasp what’s going on in my world, trust is built. Closing a deal is not a sprint—it’s about starting a dialogue, solving problems together, and fostering a relationship that can grow over time. In turbulent times, this kind of authentic engagement makes all the difference.
