During a recent trip, the smell of freshly baked bread at breakfast caught my attention. But watching everyone touch the bread with bare hands made me hesitate.
The next morning, I arrived early, used a napkin to hold the loaf, and noticed someone nearby thoughtfully mimicking my gesture.
The day after, I was delighted to see a bread cloth waiting for everyone. One small act had inspired a thoughtful change.
In business, transformation often starts this way—with a single action, a small gesture, or one person walking the talk. Integrity isn’t about big speeches; it’s about consistent actions that align with values.
Every one of us can be an agent of positive change. Whether it’s improving a process, fostering a respectful culture, or simply leading by example, our actions ripple outward.
Small steps, done with intention, have the power to transform teams, businesses, and beyond.
